Sleeping six maximum – the accommodation is set out as follows:

Ground floor – Entrance hall with open plan kitchen/dining area, family bathroom/dressing room with wardrobe, master bedroom opening onto garden with master ensuite bathroom.

First floor – large vaulted living room – can sleep two persons on sofa beds, opening onto balcony and terrace with Hydra Town and sea views.

The villa has been sympathetically restored in the Hydra tradition and has been fitted with modern attractive bathrooms and fully fitted kitchen with double oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. There is also a TV and DVD player plus air conditioning units, as well as free standing cooling fans.

Outside: established garden with plants and a very large ancient olive tree, outside dining seating for eight persons, additional tables and chairs available.

The villa is located in the Kiaffa area of Hydra which was the original settlement.

The rental includes meet and greet service at Hydra port on arrival, baggage transfer by mule for 7.50 Euros per person, welcome pack of groceries, electricity, mains water and weekly maid service.

Near by: Hotel Nefeli –next door, "Four Corners" supermarket – 3 minutes walk, nearest beach Kymini – 12 minutes walk, centre of Hydra Town – 10 minutes walk.

Not included: Beach towels – please bring your own or you can rent them for 10 Euros per towel for the duration of your stay.
